GlobalTop Technology

Thank you for making FGPMMOPA6, GlobalTop Technology’s ultra small GPS module with integrated patch antenna solution, our most successful GPS modules ever. How do we top off one of our most advanced model? By making it better of course! Continuing with our tradition of pioneering the best and most easy to use GPS solutions, we have once again break through the barrier with our FGPMMOPA6”B” (PA6B) revision.

To make PA6B better than before, we’ve gone back to the drawing board. Parts of circuitry are tweaked and tightened for performance and characteristic enhancement. In addition, a new patch antenna is finely-tuned and utilized, chosen solely for its ability to take the overall GPS signal reception to the next level. This deadly combination provides a stunning end result that shows significant sensitivity improvement across the board. The boost to reception capabilities makes PA6B less easy to succumb to annoying RF interference issues and made it perfect for use under dense urban areas.

PA6B is completely pin-to-pin compatible with its predecessor PA6, offering not only the same ease of integration and small footprints, but also utilizing the latest GPS chipset “MT3329” from MediaTek. You can instantly upgrade your PA6 based GPS device by replacing them with PA6B with no known side-effects. Please check out the detail technical specifications on our product page and contact us ([email protected]) for a trial evaluation today for your sample PA6B GPS modules and evaluation kits!
