Using the GNSS module to calculate distances between multiple points
Overview
GlobalTop GPS module is able to specify the exact line-of-sight distances between current location and other points of interests. This calculation is done internally within the GPS module and can help decrease the calculation loading on the main processor.
Background
Before the advent of advanced GPS receiver, the distances between multiple points of interests is calculated primarily by the main processor. By having this calculation performed within the GPS module, not only does is saves up valuable resources within the main processor, it can also increase the efficiency for the entire system.
GlobalTop Solution
GlobalTop and customize a specific output that automatic calculate the line of sight distances between multiple point of interests, providing the coordinates of these points of interests are first inputted into the module.
