Ivory 2
Ivory 2 (Gmm-r1) module is a ROM stand-alone GPS module with ultra-high sensitivity (-165dBm) in an ultra-slim form factor (13*10*2.1mm), that utilizes the latest in MediaTek GPS solution.
- Overview
GlobalTop Ivory-2 (Gmm-r1) utilizes MediaTek ROM GPS Chipset –MT3337 achieving the industry's highest level of sensitivity (-165dBm) and instant Time-to-First Fix (TTFF) with lowest power consumption in a small footprint package. Ivory-2 supports various location and navigation applications including autonomous GPS, QZSS, SBAS, DGPS (RTCM) and AGPS. Ivory-2 supports up to 210 PRN channels with 66 search channels and 22 simultaneous tracking channels.
The Gmm-r1 is excellent in low power consumption. It is suitable for power sensitive devices such as portable applications (15mA at tracking and 19mA at acquisition).
